About Our Service
Using NanoString technology, ProDevLabs studies gene expression to analyze the effects of treatments on wound healing. We use mRNA extracted from cells to determine the degree of expression of hundreds of genes. We designed a custom code set for wound healing which covers 282 genes involved in all phases of wound healing, macrophage plasticity, fibrosis, and scarring.
Our Expertise
The workflow is high throughput, requires minimal hands-on time, minimizes error and bias, and returns results in a faster, more efficient, and more reproducible manner than other sequencing methods. With the data collected, we perform bioinformatics analyses to compare gene expression between treatment groups, determining affected signaling pathways and mechanisms of action for treatments.
